Innovative Human for Change (IHC) is an independent non-governmental and non-profit organization working for marginalized communities, youth empowerment, education, climate awareness, and social inclusion across Sindh and Pakistan. Since 2011, IHC has been transforming lives through sports-based development, skills training, education, and community engagement.
We believe real change begins when communities are empowered through education, inclusion, health, sports, and social responsibility. Together, we can create a society where every individual - especially the marginalized and differently-abled - has the opportunity to live with dignity, hope, and purpose.

At IHC, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, dignified, and empowered life. Since our foundation, our mission has been to serve humanity through practical community development initiatives that create positive and lasting social change.
Our organization is committed to working in the areas of health, environmental protection, social welfare, youth development, and drug abuse prevention. We strongly believe that awareness, education, and community participation are key to building a peaceful and progressive society.
One of our major priorities is to support differently-abled persons by helping them become independent, confident, and active members of society. Through assistive device distribution, skills development opportunities, and inclusive community programs, we aim to create equal opportunities for all.
We also continue to engage youth in constructive activities, sports, education, and social awareness campaigns so they can become responsible future leaders of Pakistan.

Innovative Human for Change is currently implementing a community support initiative titled “Distribution of Assistive Devices for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)” in Moro, Sindh, in collaboration with DEPD Government of Sindh.
This initiative aims to improve the mobility, independence, dignity, and quality of life of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) by providing essential assistive devices to deserving individuals from underserved communities.
